India - Pakistan : Game Theoretic View

I did a game-theoretic analysis of the India-Pakistan dispute. Recent developments (Mumbai attacks) don't reflect. In fact the analysis is very simplistic in nature, yet, I revisited it after 4 months and wanted to share it, so here it is.

I should be noted that game-theory assumes rational players. But Pakistan, with an Army and feudal system more powerful than the Govt., this assumption might not hold.
